Paris Garden Musée Rodin Wedding
Paris in June is a wonderful thing. One of my very favorite experiences in Paris is visiting the Musée Rodin. It’s stunning! While there I had the privilege of photographing a bridal editorial. And imagining a Musée Rodin Wedding had me dreaming all day long.
Katie our sweet model is breathtaking in this Leanne Marshall Gown. This whole session was full of regal beauty. From the actual venue to the gown and the beautifully designed Crown. I loved photographing Katie. She is a beam of light wherever she goes. Always smiling and singing. Fun fact about Katie she was in season sixteen of American Idol.
Musée Rodin
Walking into the garden of the Musée Rodin front and center is the Hôtel Biron. It is a jewel of Parisian rocaille architecture. In total, the Musée Rodin welcomes over 700,000 visitors every year. The Hôtel Biron was first open to the public on August 4, 1919. It was built between 1727 and 1732.
After our bridal session with Katie, we got to be pure tourists and walk around the Musée! Getting to see Nearly 300 works from Rodin’s collection are on view in the mansion. Including the famous Thinker in the gardens. It’s a breathtaking exhibit.
