Sometimes one of your favorites families moves from Western, North Carolina to Atlanta, Georgia! And sometimes you go to Atlanta to take their family photos! I love this sweet family. So when asking if I’d be in Atlanta for family photos any time soon? Yes was my only answer! We met at Piedmont Park in downtown Atlanta. Which is huge I might add. The last time I was there was to photograph this sweet elopement. And practically forgot how to get anywhere. But walking through the park is not hard at all and we quickly found our way around.
We started at a super quaint old stack stone staircase. Then making our way to the Clara Meer Dock which overlooks a small lake. And in the middle of a city, it’s a pretty special place. We walked all the way around Clara Meer Lake to the Gazebo and then to the stairs that lead up to the soccer fields. Afterward, we met up with dad for a few more photos and finished our time together at the Active Oval in the middle of the park.
Starting the session with the gals Hannah, Michele, and their mom Carrie while their dad Tim was on his way. I love photographing these gals because they have such a knack for fashion and putting great outfits together! Their family always looks so good for family photos!
