I am super excited to get to share this shoot with you guys. We have had this Hackney Warehouse Wedding inspiration photoshoot in the works since last year. And to see it all come together has been amazing. First How marvelous is this venue? I just love all the exposed brick and the industrial feel.
The Hackney Warehouse is a brick warehouse that is truly one of a kind. It was built in 1911 right next to the railroad tracks in downtown Murphy, NC. The warehouse has functioned as many things throughout the years, including a wholesale grocer. Since being fully renovated into a special events venue. Reclaimed brick, metal, timber, and tin from the original building were used in efforts to keep its history alive.
Starting with The Hackney Warehouse’s industrial feel in mind. I wanted to create a shoot that would inspire spring brides in our color pallet. We choose a cheery bright yellow combine with blue and pink accent hues. Our local vendors did a wonderful job bringing the shoot to life. Our bride model Stephanie is wearing an Allover Lace Mermaid Gown with Sweetheart Neckline, designed by Lillian West. And the Groom’s tux provided by The Black Tux.
