Greenville SC Weddings have a special charm, and Chelsea and Bill’s celebration was no exception. Their wedding weekend was full of laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. This made our job as wedding photographers an absolute joy. Let me take you through their incredible day.
A Rooftop Welcome Party at Hoppin Greenville
The festivities started with a rooftop welcome party at Hoppin Greenville, a local hotspot with an impressive array of beers on tap. It was the perfect place for Chelsea and Bill to gather their closest friends and family. It set the tone for a weekend full of celebration. The view from the rooftop was stunning. The warm, dusk light made for some beautiful candid shots as everyone celebrated the happy couple.
Getting Ready at Hotel Hartness
The morning of the Greenville SC Wedding was filled with excitement. Chelsea and Bill got ready at Hotel Hartness, one of Greenville’s newest and most beautiful hotels. The hotel’s modern yet classic charm provided the perfect backdrop for those intimate getting-ready moments. Chelsea’s suite was a flurry of activity, with bridesmaids buzzing around and the talented team from Cotton Rouge and Co. perfecting every detail. Meanwhile, Bill and his groomsmen enjoyed a relaxed morning, full of laughs and few nerves.
First Looks Filled with Emotion
One of the highlights of the day was the series of first looks. Chelsea chose to do a first look with her parents before seeing Bill, and her dad’s reaction was priceless. His face lit up with pure joy and pride. These moments are why I love what I do—capturing the genuine emotion that makes each wedding unique.
The anticipation built as Chelsea and Bill finally met for their first look. The tears, the smiles, the overwhelming happiness—they were all there. As Bill turned around to see Chelsea, the love and excitement between them were evident. It was a moment they’ll never forget, and we are honored to be there to capture it.
A Stunning Ceremony on the Lawn
The ceremony took place on the picturesque lawn of the Hartness Hotel. The breathtaking floral design by Philo Floral transformed the space. The aisle was lined with lush blooms, leading to a beautifully arched ceremony altar that perfectly framed the couple as they exchanged their vows. The South Carolina sunshine added a golden glow to the scene, making it feel like a fairytale come to life.
Cocktails, Dinner, and Dancing in Style
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a delightful cocktail hour on the hotel’s patio, sipping signature drinks and enjoying the lovely evening air. The energy was high as everyone entered the ballroom for dinner and dancing. The ballroom was elegantly decorated and featured a unique touch—a friendship bracelet seating chart. Chelsea handmade every single bracelet, offering guests a personalized keepsake to remember the day.
The Fly Fidelity Band kept the dance floor packed, playing all the hits that had everyone on their feet. The joy and energy were contagious, and I loved capturing the pure happiness on everyone’s faces as they danced the night away.
A Sparkling Exit Under the Full Moon
As the night came to a close, Chelsea and Bill made their grand exit through a tunnel of their loved ones and cold sparklers. The full moon overhead was the perfect symbol of the night’s magic, guiding them to their afterparty, where the celebration continued late into the night. It was a picture-perfect ending to an extraordinary day.
