Chic Bridal Shower at Winery? Yes Please! If I can say one thing about Jacky and her mom Kitty it would be joy! They both radiate joy. Now the season of planning a wedding and getting ready to be married is naturally joyful. However, something tells me these two are mostly joyful! Jacky reached out to me to photograph her rehearsal dinner in Charleston in November. After a quick ‘yes’ her mom sent another email inquiring about Jacky’s bridal shower. Obviously another quick ‘yes.’ What a joy to spend the afternoon with Jacky, her friends, and her family, celebrating such an exciting time.
This Chic Bridal Shower at City Scape Winery just outside of Greenville, South Carolina is the perfect location for a sweet event like this. The backdrop of the winery and gorgeous grapes dripping on vines. Jacky’s mother Kitty planned the perfect shower. The table setting under umbrellas on the patio at the winery was so inviting. Choosing pops of yellow and blue were perfect for this cheerful event.
The ladies who came were serenaded by a musician playing soft love songs. They gathered to play several games and write down recipes for the bride-to-be. After every guest had a glass of wine in hand they received a little history about the winery. Shortly after partaking in a delicious lunch, the ladies watched Jacky cut a cake and opened gifts.
