Most of our engagement Sessions involve a special location for the couple. Some sessions are just in pretty places that the couple likes. But when our couples say come to our property in Cashiers NC for our session. Um, yes, please! We met Jean Louise and Aaron at Jean Louise’s family property in Cashiers NC. A sprawling one thousand acres with a gorgeous house and cabin that holds a beaucoup of memories for Jean Louise. Growing up with acres of woods to explore and streams to fish and swim in, what a dream childhood!
As we made our way down a trail we came upon tunnels of mountain laurel, which is where we started our photo journey. Then journeying on we went to a waterfall and bridge in the midst of the woods. Followed by photos of the most perfect woodland dock. After a few photos up at the fishing cabin which holds so many memories for Jean Louise, we grabbed a canoe and hit the water. We finished our session with a fun paddle in a canoe out on the river. To say this session was a dream would be an understatement!
