What a dream editorial. I have loved seeing how we can create gorgeous wedding editorials full of sophisticated color. Now, a neutral or pastel color palette for weddings will always be gorgeous, but the color is where it’s at. This editorial was designed and created by Carrie Moe of Type A Society. The inspiration that drove the creativity was the classic and elegant bride with dutch floral flair. The editorial color palette was colorful yet keeping with the elegance and refinement any bride will fall in love with. Located at a perfect Wedding Venue In Charleston SC.
The Wedding Venue In Charleston SC we chose is River Oaks. A gorgeous place right on the river. It has all the charm South Carolina has to offer. One of my very favorite places to photograph weddings is in Charleston. River Oaks, which is charming in every way, was the perfect location for our editorial. Being there feels like stepping into a European dream.
Peter Langner Gowns
We started the day with our gorgeous model in several Peter Langner gowns. Making our way to a stunning and colorful reception table that donned a beautiful hunter green velvet table cloth. A sea of colorful florals enveloping a gorgeous table with candles dripping wax. Such a romantic table, perfect for a stunning fall wedding. Who can forget, our show-stopper cake? It was a gorgeous painterly buttercream cake that we were all drooling over.
To wrap up our shoot one of our favorite couples modeled for us, Emma and Adam. We channeled a very sophisticated and lovely bride with over-the-top florals. A champagne tower, a table full of laughter, and a charcuterie board to round out our evening. See our favorite images from this gorgeous day below.
