When I dreamed up this editorial my first thought was that I wanted to create something with non-traditional fall colors. And what could be more perfect than plum and mauve for a non-traditional fall theme wedding editorial? Generally, when I think of fall colors I think of Red and Orange, pumpkins come to mind. But I wanted to do a theme surrounded by the gorgeous colors of Mauve and Plum and hello, I knew I loved purples for a reason. This Vineyards at Betty’s Creek Wedding Inspiration shoot was just stunning!
Mauve and Plum Perfection
We started with a gorgeous table that overlooked the vineyard and mountains. Billowing with gorgeous florals from Flourish Flower Farm, flanked with stunning hand-turned candlesticks by Wyble Designs. Then Niki from Flourish Flower Farm created the most gorgeous arch for the ceremony space. Following that our gorgeous model donned four different gowns from London and Lace. And our handsome groom in a perfect velvet suit jacket, perfect for a fall or winter wedding. We included tons of gorgeous flat lays, along with our bride and groom models tiptoeing through the vineyard fields with the gorgeous mountains in the background. Topped off with a fun 1966 Imperial Crown Convertible, looking stunning decorated with more gorgeous flowers.
Overall this shoot has my heart. I have loved the color purple since I was a little girl. And all my sophisticated purple-loving dreams came true with this beautiful editorial.
