We often receive questions about what our couple should wear for their engagement sessions. So we thought we would put together a blog post of engagement outfit inspiration. And some tips about outfits for your engagement session.
First, I’d like to mention that if you don’t have plans for an engagement session you should definitely have one. We recommend them to all of our couples. Engagement sessions help you get used to being in front of the camera. And it’s like a warm-up with your photographer. It’s a session where you get used to posing and your photographer’s prompts.
Now that I have shamelessly plugged that you must have an engagement session! Back to outfit inspiration. We recommend two outfits for your engagement session.
The First outfit we recommend is a fancier outfit to start. So gents get all dapper in a snazzy suit. Ladies break out those gorgeous heels and beautiful dresses. And for your second outfit, we suggest making it casual. Think of keeping it stylish, but not as fancy and you’ve got it! Above all, we suggest that you be comfortable!
