Beautiful Spring Wedding at McGuire’s Millrace Farm
“I have loved you for 1,387 days, and will love you infinity more. Happy Wedding Day. 5-26-18 Love Josh,” written on the bottom of Paige’s shoes. And the same as the start of her vows without each other knowing it. Josh and Paige were meant to be together. They were such a joy to celebrate on Saturday at McGuire’s Millrace Farm. Every single detail was stunning. My favorite thing about Josh and Paige is that their love is fun. They are perfect for each other and it beams from both of them how much they love each other.
Valentine’s Day in the mountains and a cold morning hike led to a beautiful summit and the sweetest proposal. Josh proposed to Paige by putting a collar on their dog Remi that said, “Mom, will you marry dad?” Which Remi wore on their wedding day. I just love when a couple incorporates the things they love and who they are on their wedding day. Clearly, Remi stole the show and our hearts in his little tuxedo bandana. Paige and Josh love Remi, the outdoors, traveling, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Rain Rain, go away…
Saturday started gorgeously with the sun shining, but slowly the clouds rolled in and the rain showers started. We were able to shoot between the rain showers, for the most part. The ceremony started under the beautiful river birches and no sooner was it time for the bride to come down the aisle, the skies opened up and the rain started to pour. Everyone rushed inside and the ceremony continued in the Barn at McGuire’s Millrace Farm, which isn’t much like a barn at all because it’s just so gorgeous. Paige and Josh vowed to love each other for the rest of their lives, witnessed by friends and family. With an unforgettable dip and kiss, the two began the rest of their lives together.
The rain did not stop the joy that is for sure. At the end of the day, these two lovebirds were married and that’s all that mattered to them. We loved every minute of Paige and Josh’s amazing day! We wish you two all the happiness in the world.
