It’s true we have a love affair with all things Carolina Coast! We one hundred percent love the North Carolina Mountains. But there is something about the South Carolina Coast that is oh so wonderful. Making our way to Hilton Head South Carolina a few weeks ago to participate in this gorgeous Sailboat Wedding Editorial.
We climbed aboard a gorgeous Sailboat at Harbour Town Pier on Hilton Head Island. Taking a seat and pulling out of port I was giddy! Vagabond Cruise did an amazing job helping everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. Once we got out onto the water the crew put up the sails. It was magnificent! When those sails go up it makes you feel so small. One of the best feelings in my opinion! Like standing under El Capitan in Yosemite.
This editorial was designed by Sumer of Sumer Heath Photography. She loves watching the sailboats dance along the horizon. Sumer spent her whole summer on the water in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Then thought she wanted photograph an elopement style wedding on a sailboat!
And the idea did not disappoint! From the gorgeous flowers to the couple’s styled sitting area, it was beautiful! The best part? The water! Hands down I loved being out on the water and loved every minute of capturing this gorgeous shoot on a sailboat.
