Wedding weekends are our favorite! We love to celebrate over an extended amount of time with our couples! We joined Amanda and Patrick and their families at their Rehearsal Dinner the night before their wedding day. They invited their family and wedding party to join them for a wonderful meal at Highlander Mountain House in Highlands, NC. A cozy gathering at the Roughed Grouse Tavern was the perfect way to start their weekend.
After a few courses of delicious food and dessert, the couple’s family and friends gathered round to give toasts to the couple. They all attested to the amazing journey Patrick and Amanda have been on and how perfect they are for each other. What an encouraging time to share in. As the room was filled with love and laughter dinner drew to an end. But just after the dinner was a welcome party for all the couple’s guests. About Highlander Mountain House
Highlander Mountain House is a place where Appalachian lodge and refined English country estate meet! Built-in 1885 reportedly for a retired sea captain from Charleston, South Carolina.
