We are loving this beautiful Fall North Carolina Wedding at The Hackney Warehouse in Murphy, North Carolina. Hannah and Dakota celebrate marriage on a rainy fall day, October, 10th, the most popular fall wedding day of 2020. The rain holds off most of the day and just as Hannah was ready to walk down the aisle it starts to drizzle, but she didn’t let it bother her at all.
After a morning of fun with her bridesmaids getting ready and laughing, Hannah stepped into a gorgeous Mary’s Bridal gown. And as her mom zipped her dress and she put her earrings in the tears began to fall! It is really happening. Hannah shared a first look with her dad, which was the sweetest thing. And took photos with her bridesmaids before heading back to the bridal suite to freshen up.
Meanwhile, Dakota is getting ready in the upper room sharing laughs and drinks with his groomsmen, before taking photos in the courtyard of The Hackney. Dakota and Hannah kept things traditional, not wanting to see each other before the wedding. But they did share a “first touch.” Holding hands around a pillar they prayed for their day together and the commitment they were about to make.
So like I said it started drizzling before the ceremony, but Hannah and all her bridesmaids took it in stride. Holding the cutest clear umbrellas down the aisle. And the rain let up just as the couple joined hands to say, “I do.” After the ceremony, the couple welcomed all their guests to a fun time of dancing, food, and celebrating.
