Beautiful NC Wedding Venue
We loved spending the day with David and Adrienne at the Hawkesdene, a beautiful NC Wedding Venue. Tucked in the mountains of Western North Carolina. A tree-lined driveway leads you to a 54-acre private estate. Where you and your guests will experience a perfect weekend away. The Hawkesdene is designed as a destination retreat where couples can come and enjoy the mountains and creeks with their closest friends and family and stay on the property for their whole wedding weekend. A true oasis and getaway in the NC mountains.
Bride and Groom
Adrienne wore the most gorgeous long-sleeved Pronovias gown with a sparkly headpiece from Glamour Bride that cascaded perfectly down her long dark hair. Her long-sleeved gown was perfect for a winter wedding. Groom, David donned a sharp dark blue suit from Romanoffs Classic Tuxedo with a pink tie. David and Adrienne were definitely a classy pair on their wedding day! One of my favorite details of the day is that Adrienne chose wooden flowers for her bouquet and boutonnieres. Pine and Petal Weddings makes each piece unique to every bride. And we have to say we were amazed at how real and gorgeous these flowers look. If you need an alternative to fresh blooms, these are a must-see.
Ceremony
Another special part of Adrienne and David’s wedding day was the ceremony location. They were married in the most serene setting, creekside. At the Hawkesdene you can choose from a variety of ceremony locations. One of these is right on Phillips Creek, with the beautiful sound of the creek rushing by. It was so beautiful. We had the best time celebrating with all of David and Adrienne’s friends and family. We hope you enjoy scrolling through their beautiful day.
