If I have not mentioned it yet, let me just say how much I love Mount Pleasant. Such a great town just across the bridge from Charleston!
Okay! This cutie little place is on the top of our list for sure. Being North Carolinians, but Charleston Wedding Photographers, we are often in Charleston and love a great place to stay. When I found The Post House Inn I was just smitten. After photographing some branding images for the gals at Anderson Events here at Post House, I knew I had to stay here. So when I knew I would be back in Charleston just a few weeks later I booked a room! And let me tell you it did not disappoint. With a combination of luxury and old world bed and breakfast feel, it’s a quaint and lovely place. My favorite part of our stay was the cozy king bed and the breakfast in bed.
After a day around Mount Pleasant, we decided to come back to The Post House Inn. When I got back I decided to take a walk around the little town. This charming part of Mount Pleasant is my favorite for sure. It’s like stepping back in time walking around the streets by the Inn. After meandering for a bit and taking a few photos, I made my way back up to my room. Popping in that big ‘ole king bed until it was time for dinner! For dinner, we went downstairs and ate at the Post House. I had the best burger and cocktail anyone could ask for.
