Meet the McSweens

North Georgia family session

I am spending this fine day wrapping up my final session of 2017. I have to say that every session this year has been a gift, I have loved meeting every family I have worked with. What a pleasure to meet the Roe family. They spent Christmas together in the North Georgia mountains.

About the Family

Grandparents Kevin and Wendy came from Texas to spend time with their sons and 3 grandchildren. Kevin, aka Pops, is an optometrist by trade. He currently works in the professional relations department of a contact lens company.  He enjoys playing guitar, reading, and hiking. Wendy, aka mini, is retired.  She is an empty nester who refuses to let her nest stay empty!  In the absence of her real grandchildren who live in Florida, she has become known as the neighborhood grandmother to children around their block.
Bryan, Briana, Stellan, Caedman, and Brighton are from Florida. Bryan is a youth pastor.  He enjoys reading, hiking, and playing sports with and coaching sports for his boys. Briana is a first grade teacher.  She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.  She loves running and has done several half marathons and one full marathon so far, with more to come! Bryan and Briana have three children Stellan, Caedman, and Brighton.
Stellan will be 8 in February and loves all things outdoors and sports. Caedman will be 6 in January and enjoys playing with trucks, especially when he gets to crash them!  He also loves wrestling with his brother, dad, and Uncle Boomer. Brighton is 4. She is a precocious little girl who wants nothing more than to be a mommy.  She loves playing with her dolls and her stuffed animals.
Brad, affectionately dubbed uncle boomer, is a full time student at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.  He will be graduating in May, 2019 as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  When not studying, Brad is either playing and writing music, or working out in the gym.
